omelet station amazing staff dark room outdated room
the breakfast was pleasant. there was a variety of options ranging from thai to western. the omelet station was also available and i enjoy it. the staff were all amazing and wonderful.
the inside of the room was dark. there wasnt very good lighting in my opinion. i don't think the room was worth the price. it could do with modernisation of the rooms.

immaculate gardens helpful staff really good food
the room was spacious and well-equipped. a beautiful sea view existed from there. gardens are immaculate, and the staff go out of their way to help you. i enjoyed happy hour cocktails while watching the sunset and dinner since the food is really good.

the pool area was very appealing. the hotel staff was friendly (i was very grateful for their help). the breakfast had a reasonable selection of items.
the room lighting was dim, i noticed this especially in the evenings. the hotel rooms need some modernisation. the hotel could not exchange hard currency, requiring a 15-minute walk.

quick service natural vibe
i liked the complimentary upgrade to the Hydropool villa upon arrival. the rooms are very super clean and room service is quick. THE hotel has a foresty and natural vibe.
Lots of stairs exist. So, be prepare to do some climbing.

The breakfast near the beach was a plus. I appreciated the option to use a kayak freely. The resort's location near a snorkeling site was convenient.
There are numerous stairs. This place is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

old equipment sewage smell
The gym was a joke. It had old equipment and the air conditioning barely worked! i had to turn it on myself, and it took forever to cool down, so i just skipped it after a couple of tries. also, there were so many stairs. getting around was like a constant workout even before hitting the gym. i wasn't thrilled. the sewage smell near the pool was awful too. It definitely detracted from any relaxation.

wonderful villa stay
friendly staff complimentary upgrade efficient service natural vibe
the naga terrace restaurant was wonderful. riskee, a staff member there, was very friendly. we received a complimentary upgrade to a hydropool villa when we arrived. the room service was prompt and efficient. the hotel feels very natural with a foresty vibe.
the lighting inside our villa wasn't very bright.

the resort has direct beach access, which provides fine sunset views. the swimming pool area includes plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas for relaxation. i noticed the resort also provides equipment for water sports.

the hotel is situated right on the beach with numerous beachside restaurants only a five minute walk away (great for dining options). i noticed there is a 7/11 convenience store located nearby the hotel. getting around requires either taxis or scooters.

our villa was spacious and well kept, with a comfortable bed. the room includes complimentary soft drinks and snacks that are restocked every day. i also saw a mini-fridge, a safe, and coffee-making facilities in the room.
